I used to drive to Lubbock to do business with Cliff & Bullfrog Spas. I’m delighted to see Cliff open a Bullfrog Spa store in Midland. Cliff spent an hour with me this morning going over my spa service. I would not go anywhere else in Midland.

Excellent attention to questions and needs to keep our spa in perfect working condition. Came late afternoon, keeping a commitment to replace a pump that didn’t sound right.

They are wonderful! We had a chemical issue with our spa and he answered two days (Sunday & Monday, both his days off) of text messages and pictures and helped us get our spa in working order again.

We LOVE our new pergola! Cliff is honest and does what he says. Valentine and his sons did the installation. Workmanship and character that consumers don’t find often!!!

If you wish to have professional customer service, this is the place to call. After multiple calls and internet searches for experienced help in the Permian Basin, no other Pool/Spa reps would give me the time that these guys did, and not to mention same day service with detailed deciphered knowledge of my issues, that will now effectively save me $thousands of dollars in future maintenance. Cliff and Lisa at Bullfrog Spas not only represent quality spas, but they are honest and reliable people who care about their customers. We’ve been a Bullfrog spa owner since 2020, and they steered us right on every choice we had to make when customizing our spa. Today we had an issue arise, sent a message, and within a couple hours, Cliff drove to our home and serviced our spa! This is unbelievable! We would 100% buy this same spa again if we ever move from this home.

If you’re looking for a hot tub in the west Texas area I highly recommend the folks at Bullfrog Spas in Lubbock. Cliff and Lisa are wonderful. They stayed open later than their hours were to accommodate my schedule. I was questioning if I would even be able to get a hot tub that size in my sun room. Cliff took the time to come out to my place to check out my situation. I had to pull out some windows to get the hot tub in. I made arrangements to get window s pulled out and Cliff and his professional crew where right there the the wind the glass was removed the hot tub went in. At first I was having issues getting my water to the levels it needed to be Lisa is great got me lined out right away. She is always pleasant when you go to their shop for supplies. They are the only ones i recommend getting a spa from in Lubbock.

We own a bullfrog spa but didn’t purchase from Lubbock or Midland and had a part break right after Christmas. My husband called and talked with Lisa and had her husband Cliff call to see what we needed. Cliff brought the part from Lubbock to Midland the same day and had us back up and running! They were both so helpful and polite! We will definitely be using them for all of our needs when they open the Midland store.

Owners Cliff and Lisa are the spa experts in Lubbock and Bullfrog makes a great tub. Pricing is competitive with other high end spas and the service is excellent. My tub needed a repair after about a year of service and Cliff was able to come out the same day, diagnose, and actually ordered me a brand new tub at no cost to me under warranty. My wife and I purchased a Bullfrog M7 Spa from the Bullfrog folks in Lubbock- Cliff, Lisa, and Korrie. Getting our area prepared with electrical, concrete, etc. for the installation was a breeze due to Cliff’s expertise and consultation- so amazing! Selecting the jetpacks was so fun and easy with the help of Korrie. We’ve had our Bullfrog spa for about three months now, and it really has changed our life.
