I used to drive to Lubbock to do business with Cliff & Bullfrog Spas. I’m delighted to see Cliff open a Bullfrog Spa store in Midland. Cliff spent an hour with me this morning going over my spa service. I would not go anywhere else in Midland.
Excellent attention to questions and needs to keep our spa in perfect working condition. Came late afternoon, keeping a commitment to replace a pump that didn’t sound right.
They are wonderful! We had a chemical issue with our spa and he answered two days (Sunday & Monday, both his days off) of text messages and pictures and helped us get our spa in working order again.
We LOVE our new pergola! Cliff is honest and does what he says. Valentine and his sons did the installation. Workmanship and character that consumers don’t find often!!!
If you wish to have professional customer service, this is the place to call. After multiple calls and internet searches for experienced help in the Permian Basin, no other Pool/Spa reps would give me the time that these guys did, and not to mention same day service with detailed deciphered knowledge of my issues, that will now effectively save me $thousands of dollars in future maintenance. Thanks for everything again, it is greatly appreciated!
Cliff and Lisa at Bullfrog Spas not only represent quality spas, but they are honest and reliable people who care about their customers. We’ve been a Bullfrog spa owner since 2020, and they steered us right on every choice we had to make when customizing our spa. Today we had an issue arise, sent a message, and within a couple hours, Cliff drove to our home and serviced our spa! This is unbelievable! We would 100% buy this same spa again if we ever move from this home.
Featuring the first-of-its-kind double lounge seat, along with the most flexible seating array ever offered in a spa this size, the M8 creates a remarkable and unmatched spa experience. You’re sure to love stretching out, lounging, splashing with the kids, sitting up for a chat, or simply closing your eyes and escaping the world, all in the same place, your M8 spa. Combine this amazing versatility with simple water care, easy operation, not to mention the gorgeous design that enhances your backyard environment, and you may never want to leave your new M8 hot tub by Bullfrog Spas® .
